Day-by-Day Itinerary
Day 1-2: Tashkent & Samarkand, Uzbekistan
Arrive in Tashkent, take a train to Samarkand and have a city tour.
Day 3: Samarkand to Panjakent, Tajikistan
Cross the border into Tajikistan. Visit the ancient ruins of Panjakent.
Day 4: Seven Lakes Excursion
Full-day trip to the stunning Seven Lakes (Haft Kul) in the Fann Mountains, with opportunities for short hikes.
Day 5: Trekking in Fann Mountains
A day of moderate trekking to explore more of the Fann Mountains' beauty, visiting other alpine lakes like Kulikalon or Alauddin.
Day 6: Panjakent to Istaravshan and Khujand
Travel north to Khujand, stopping at the ancient city of Istaravshan en route.
Day 7: Khujand to Tashkent, Uzbekistan
Explore Khujand, then cross back into Uzbekistan and return to Tashkent.
Day 8-11: Khiva & Bukhara
Fly from Tashkent to Urgench to explore Khiva. Then travel to Bukhara for a full exploration of the holy city.
Day 12: Departure from Bukhara
Transfer to Bukhara airport for your departure.
